At Wingate Studio, we want you to love your
shoes. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you
can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please email Jo@wingate-studio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or
incorrect.

 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem!
Just follow the return process above and let us know your exchange request.
We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected,
we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original
payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note
that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the
return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
